1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnChain Games platform ("OCG", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") located at ocgames.io. By connecting your wallet or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Platform Description

2.1 What OCG Is

OCG is a non-custodial gaming platform that:

• Provides access to games from certified third-party game providers
• Enables on-chain settlement of bets and payouts through smart contracts
• Operates on a permission-based model where you authorize specific, time-limited actions
• Never holds custody of your funds or maintains internal balances

2.2 What OCG Is Not

OCG does not:

• Hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or wallet funds
• Operate as a financial institution, bank, or money transmitter
• Guarantee any specific outcomes or returns
• Provide financial, investment, or gambling advice

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Age Requirement: Be at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Legal Capacity: Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Jurisdiction: Be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is legal and not prohibited
• Wallet Ownership: Be the rightful owner of and have full control over the wallet you connect

You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may require verification of eligibility at any time and reserve the right to restrict access if requirements are not met.

4. Wallet Connection and Sessions

4.1 Wallet Connection

Access to the Platform requires connecting a compatible blockchain wallet. Your wallet address serves as your identifier on the Platform. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur through your connected wallet
• Any transactions initiated from your wallet address

4.2 Session Permissions

To play games, you must create a session by approving specific permissions. These permissions are:

• Time-Limited: Sessions automatically expire after the duration you set
• Scope-Limited: Permissions only allow specific actions (placing bets) on approved contracts
• Amount-Limited: Subject to the spending limits you define
• Revocable: You can revoke permissions at any time through the blockchain

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Providers

Games on the Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers. Game logic, RTP (Return to Player) rates, and outcomes are determined by these providers according to industry standards. OCG does not control or influence game outcomes.

5.2 On-Chain Settlement

All bets and payouts are settled on-chain through smart contracts. Transactions are:

• Irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• Subject to network fees (gas) which you are responsible for
• Publicly visible on the blockchain

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with smart contracts or game logic
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems without authorization
• Engage in collusion, fraud, or money laundering
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or age verification
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Financial Terms

6.1 No Custody

OCG operates on a non-custodial basis. We never hold your funds. All transactions occur directly between your wallet and smart contracts. You maintain full control of your assets at all times.

6.2 Transaction Fees

You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas) associated with your transactions. OCG may charge platform fees which will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

6.3 No Refunds

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and gaming, all transactions are final. We cannot reverse, refund, or modify any completed transactions. This includes bets placed, sessions created, and any fees paid.

7. Responsible Gaming

OCG is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Spending Limits: Set per-session, daily, and weekly limits
• Time-Outs: Take short breaks (15 minutes to 24 hours)
• Self-Exclusion: Block access for extended periods (6 months to permanent)
• Reality Checks: Receive reminders about your session duration

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding third-party game content), is owned by OCG and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Game content and associated intellectual property belong to their respective providers and are used under license.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Service may be affected by maintenance, network issues, smart contract upgrades, or other factors beyond our control.

9.3 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology including but not limited to: network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and cryptocurrency volatility. You accept these risks by using the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCG AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OCG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against OCG.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
